Who We Are

Snip Snip Hooray is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that was formed in 2022. We aim to help reduce the number of unwanted cats and dogs, and reduce the number of animals euthanized, by offering financial assistance for, and access to, spay and neuter services for income-qualified individuals in Whatcom County, Washington.
